This large stainless steel Polar Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer excels at chilling and freezing large quantities of food in small amounts of time, meaning taste, appearance and nutritional quality of food are preserved. This blast chiller has self closing doors, 70mm of insulation to ensure great thermal efficiency and a huge 10 x GN 1/1 capacity. This shock freezer will chill 40kg of food from and 70°C to -3°C in 90 mins and freeze 28kg food from and 70°C to -18°C in 240 mins – perfect for the professional restaurant.
